If you’re training hard, try to keep intense workouts a couple days away from your appointment. If you swim, avoid chlorinated or salty water close to install, especially for tape ins where the adhesive likes clean, dry hair.
Bring the right info with you
Show up with your inspiration photos, your consultation notes, and the product list I recommended. Styling products
Go easy on dry shampoo, texture sprays, waxes, and pomades the week of your appointment. If you need something, use the smallest amount and keep it off the scalp.
