Shelby is absolutely amazing. For the first time ever I have a stylist/colorist who knows what she's doing hands down. I had super long roots and I have very long hair. I was running late and she was very flexible. She was fast, professional and very very nice. I am disabled and then a wheelchair and she was able to accommodate me in a very professional manner.
